Lejavu is operated by Nexodule Services LLC ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up your profile, or use our features:

• Account Data: Email address and encrypted password.
• Profile Data: Display name, age, gender, height, weight, and body composition measurements.
• Activity Data: Meals, water intake, workouts, sleep logs, and lifestyle metrics (mood, alcohol, tobacco, socializing).
• Media: Food photos are used temporarily for AI analysis and are not stored on our servers. Your generated profile avatar is stored in cloud storage.
• Preferences: Notification settings and lifestyle tracker preferences are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard visibility is stored securely in your cloud profile.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the Lejavu service:

• Calculate and display your personalized nutritional goals and macro targets.
• Track your daily activities, progress, and history.
• Power AI features such as food photo analysis, text-based meal logging, and workout generation.
• Display your profile on the community leaderboard (if you opt in).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Supabase: Cloud database, user authentication, and file storage (avatars). Hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
• Google Gemini API: Processes food photos and text descriptions to estimate nutritional content, and generates workout plans. When you use these AI features, your input (photo or text) is sent to Google's servers for analysis.
• Resend: Sends transactional emails (e.g., magic link login, email change verification).
• RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription status. No personal data (name, email, health data) is shared with RevenueCat.

These services process data solely on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Lejavu offers an optional paid subscription ("Lejavu PRO") that unlocks additional features. Key points about purchases:

• All payments are processed securely by Google Play (and in the future, Apple App Store). Lejavu does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.
• Subscription management — including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations — is handled entirely through your Google Play account settings.
• We use RevenueCat as a subscription management platform to verify your entitlement status. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous identifier and does not have access to your personal or health data.
• Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Google Play.

5. Device Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera: To take photos of food for AI nutritional analysis.
• Photo Library: To select existing food photos for analysis.
• Notifications: To send local reminders for logging activities (e.g., sleep tracking). These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not transmit any data to external servers.

All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings at any time.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your account data, activity logs, and profile avatar are stored securely in Supabase's cloud infrastructure. Food photos are processed in-memory for AI analysis and are immediately discarded — they are never stored on our servers. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using encrypted secure storage (not plain-text). User preferences (notification settings, lifestyle toggles) are stored locally on your device. Your leaderboard visibility preference is stored in your cloud profile so it persists across devices. All data transmission between the app and our servers occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, activity logs, custom foods, workouts, and your avatar — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

8. Leaderboard & Social Features

Lejavu includes a community leaderboard. If you choose to participate, your display name, avatar, and activity-based ranking may be visible to other users. You have full control over your visibility and can opt out at any time from your Profile settings. Opting out removes your presence from the leaderboard entirely.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Lejavu does not integrate with any external health or fitness platforms (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin). All health and activity data is entered manually by you or generated through our in-app AI features.

10. Your Rights & Data Control

You have the right to:

• Access & Export: Download all your data at any time from the Profile settings as an Excel file.
• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.
• Opt Out: Disable leaderboard visibility, individual lifestyle trackers, and notifications at any time.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may also exercise your rights under the GDPR by contacting us.

11. Children's Privacy

Lejavu is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
