These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lejavu mobile application ("App"), operated by Nexodule Services LLC. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Lejavu. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Lejavu is a personal tracking and informational tool. It is NOT a medical device, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided — including calorie estimates, macro targets, and workout suggestions — is for general informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or wellness regimen.

3. AI Features & Accuracy

Certain features (food photo scanning, text-based meal analysis, workout generation, and avatar creation) are powered by AI language models. These features provide estimates and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent results. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated nutritional data (calories, protein, carbs, fat) are approximations, not exact measurements.
• AI-generated workouts are general suggestions and may not be appropriate for your fitness level or medical condition.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Lejavu offers an optional paid subscription ("Lejavu PRO") that provides access to additional features including lifestyle tracking, long-term insights, and unlimited AI photo scans.

• Pricing: Lejavu PRO is available at $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with advance notice.
• Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is included with your first subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings (or Apple App Store, when available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to PRO features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Google Play (or Apple, when available). Lejavu does not collect or store your payment card information.

5. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and are solely responsible for all activity under your account, including any custom foods, workouts, or data you create. You agree not to misuse the App or its AI services in any way that could harm the platform, other users, or third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Lejavu are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data you enter. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lejavu and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data inaccuracies from AI features, or service interruptions. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the AI services, or engage in activity that threatens the platform's integrity. You may also delete your account at any time through the Profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
