Delete Your Account & Data

Lejavu is operated by Nexodule Services LLC. We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and/or request partial data deletion.

1. Delete Your Account (In-App)

You can permanently delete your Lejavu account and all associated data directly within the app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Lejavu app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll down to the Account section.
4. Tap "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

• Account Data: Email address, encrypted password, and authentication records.
• Profile Data: Display name, age, gender, height, weight, avatar, and body composition measurements.
• Activity Data: All food logs, water intake logs, sleep logs, exercise/workout logs, and lifestyle tracking data (mood, alcohol, tobacco, socializing).
• Custom Content: Custom food entries, workout templates, and body metric history.
• Media: Profile avatar stored in cloud storage.
• Leaderboard Data: Your ranking and presence on the community leaderboard.

3. What Is NOT Retained

Lejavu does not retain any of your personal data after account deletion. There is no additional retention period — all data is deleted immediately upon your request. Specifically:

• No backups of your personal data are kept after deletion.
• Food photos used for AI analysis are processed in-memory and are never stored on our servers — even before account deletion.
• Device-local data (notification preferences, cached settings) remains on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.

4. Request Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)

If you would like to delete specific categories of your data without deleting your entire account, you can contact us by email:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

• The email address associated with your Lejavu account.
• Which data categories you would like deleted (e.g., food logs, exercise history, body metrics, lifestyle logs).

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email. The data you specify will be permanently removed from our servers while your account and remaining data will stay intact.

5. Third-Party Data

Please note that some data shared with third-party services may be subject to their own retention policies:

• RevenueCat: Subscription transaction records are managed by RevenueCat and Google Play. Deleting your Lejavu account does not cancel active subscriptions — please cancel your subscription through Google Play before deleting your account.
• Google Play: Payment and transaction history is managed by Google and is subject to Google's data retention policies.
